These Terms govern your use of the Theera Wellness mobile application and any related services provided by Theera Wellness.

By accessing or using the app, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Theera Wellness is a companion application designed to work with compatible smart rings, smart bands, and other wearable wellness devices.

The app allows users to view wellness information collected by their wearable device, including but not limited to:

• Heart Rate
• Blood Oxygen (SpO₂)
• Sleep Monitoring
• Activity Information
• Other wellness-related insights supported by compatible devices

The information displayed in the app is intended for personal wellness, fitness, and lifestyle purposes only.

The wearable device communicates with the Theera Wellness app using Bluetooth.

Health and wellness data is transferred directly between your wearable device and your mobile phone. Theera Wellness does not transmit or store this wellness data on its servers unless explicitly stated for a specific feature.

Theera Wellness and its compatible wearable devices are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Measurements such as heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep information, and other wellness metrics are estimates and should not be relied upon for medical decisions.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns.

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app or wearable device.
• Keep your mobile device and wearable software updated.
• Use compatible hardware and Bluetooth responsibly.

All trademarks, logos, software, user interfaces, graphics, and content within Theera Wellness are the intellectual property of Theera Wellness and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the application.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Theera Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or wearable device.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the application after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
